Return & Exchange Policy

We try to be the best we can be, but sometimes, shit happens, right? To make up for that, we want to ensure you experience a smooth and simple return/ exchange process.

Our returns and exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange the products purchased from us for any acceptable reason within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Note: We do not allow any returns or exchanges for products on sale or discount.

Return Policy:
•You can request to return our products within the specified return/ exchange period, except for our on-sale or on-discount items.
•Your reason for a return request must be legit. Therefore, we only accept returns if:

▪️You received a damaged product
•If you receive a damaged or wrong product on delivery, please reach out to us within 24 hours at

Exchange Policy:
•You can request to exchange if approached within 24 hours for a damaged/ wrong product and within 7 days of delivery for other reasons.
•The prices differ for S-XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL. Therefore, in the case of size exchanges, you would be responsible for paying for the respective sizes.
•The exchange of a product is subject to stock availability.

Return/ Exchange/ Refund Process:

To initiate the return/exchange/refund process, contact us at 9003049106 or Our customer support team will respond at the earliest.

For returns/ exchanges, please ensure that you email us with the following details:
•Order number
•Reason for return/ exchange
•Photos/ videos of the product and packaging

Once your email request is approved, there are two ways to return the product to us:
•Pick up: In all major locations and pin codes, we offer a free pickup service. We will arrange for a pick up person at your address on a conveyed date and time. Please place the product in a packet, with all its labels intact. (Note: Pick up can be arranged only once; following that, you will have to arrange for self-shipping)
•Self-ship: In case your area pin code is not eligible for “Pick up”, please self-ship the product to our address. You will have to pack the product by yourself, and our customer support team will support you with the return address. Please send us the tracking details of the return shipment.

After we receive the returned product, we reserve the right to not accept/approve the return/ exchange of products which:
•We believe are being returned after being used/ washed/ or soiled
•Are damaged (except where the return is on account of the damaged product being delivered to you)
•Are being returned with the product’s original label removed
•Are being returned after overlooking the wash care instructions mentioned on the product page. If you do hard wash or scrub on print, you will be responsible for it - no return or exchange will be entertained in such cases.

Once the return is approved, we will send you a confirmation and initiate the refund process.
